Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Manage Advanced Collections

When attempting to select a customer on the collection screen
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01722 Invalid Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign is a collections manager role with common reference data access
2. Collections Screen
3. Manage Resources
4. Click on the customer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select a customer
