Symptoms

When executing a Bulk Plan with parameter CHECK LOCATION CAPACITY set to TRUE, It is observed that the bulk plan runs for a long time, and potentially Exception "OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded" error is observed in the Logs.
