Error creating orders using the shopping cart with many products

We're facing the following error when users want to create an order using the shopping cart when 99 products or more have been added to the cart:

Exception in expression "__ORACO__ShoppingCartDSD_c" object function __ORACO__CreateOrder() : oracle.jbo.JboException Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.IllegalMonitorStateException, msg=null: null
at "__ORACO__ShoppingCartDSD_c" object function __ORACO__CreateOrder() line 387

When there are 50 or fewer products in the shopping cart the order is created successfully.

Please your support to allow users to create orders with more than 100 items in the cart.

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Account Select the Account Record
2. Go to Profile Tab and Select the Shopping cart
3. Go to Product tab and add product more than 50
4. Click on Create order
