'appliedCoupons' Field is null in Calculate Shipping Webhook Request for shippingMethods Endpoint (Doc ID 2725250.1)

Symptoms

For shipping methods and price endpoints, calculate shipping webhook request data differs, more specifically for the 'appliedCoupons' field. When listShippingMethods endpoint triggers calculate shipping webhook, appliedCoupons is null in the webhook request.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure calculateShipping Webhook to point at any external service.

2. In checkout page, enter shipping address which triggers shippingMethods endpoint and check the calculateShipping webhook request where 'appliedCoupons' is null
