MyCSP Salary History Record not Generated for Level 1 Assumed Pay Scenario
(Report an alpha member with a £1234 allowance returning to work from statutory maternity)

That the service history record has the correct combination of start code, scheme, scheme category and status for a member returning to work from a period SMP.
That the member's service, salary, allowance and pay history files reflect the return from an assumed pay absence.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run calculate payroll process
2. Run Generate MyCSP Interface Files (Monthly mode)
3. Download payment history file
4. A salary history record is not being created for the Level 1 assumed pay scenario.
The Service History has, however, detected and reported the assumed pay scenario, as has the allowance history file.

Observation: The payment history file has a filed for Earnings (see MyCSP mapping document provided on Doc ID 2484295.1).
In situations where assumed pay is active, the earnings field should report the assumed pay balance, but it is reporting the actual pay (eligible compensation) balance in error.
