When using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) OdiInvokeWebService Tool to call a Response File which has base64 code so that ODI can place it into an XML file the process is not successful.

The Response HTTP Header is Showing 200 OK but it displays the following message:

Use case where the issue was encountered (Goal - Extract Data from ERP Cloud)
   Steps used:

  1. Create a BI Publisher Report
  2. Using SOAPUI, create a Request XML and Response file.  The response file has data as base64 code.
  3. Invoke(Call) the Request from ODI via OdiInvokeWebService tool to have ODI convert into an XML file
