Symptoms
When attempting to process Life Events, is taking a lot of time and the following error occurs:
ERROR

A connection to the server has failed.(status=504).
The process is anyway still running in the background and customer needs to log off and back in.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. process life events
2. error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot process life events.
