When attempting to cancel Work Relationship for a Pending Worker the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups
2. Person Management
3. Search for the Pending Workers
4. Cancel Work Relationship task
5. Error occurs
