Goal

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Manage Benefits

 

When running an HCM Extract with the parameter ATTRIB_OLD to capture changes with previous values, previous values are not provided within the extract.

User sees that changes only are being identified in the XML but see that any of the _OLD values are null.  Previous values such as HSA annual and benefit plans are not getting pulled into the XML so we cannot report on the current and previous values.
