Symptoms

After OAC restore attempted with 11g Migration Jar file, OAC is missing DB connections created (Home-->Data--> Connection ) in DV screen.
Other symptoms are missing files in the Jar, missing DV projects, as well as OAC failure to complete the Restore of Migration Jar.
