Full Control In Co-Browse - Users (Doc ID 2726340.1)

Goal

For the user to have full control access, I've followed these 4 steps:
  1. Login www.livelook.com as admin
  2. Select your company then go to Company Setup > Company Management > Add a new company with remote option = Remote Control
  3. Add your user under this subcompany.
  4. User now should have full control mode and can navigate, click, interact, and enter information on the customer's pages

But it seems that not all the users have full control after adding them under the subcompany. How to fix this? Does the user need to be an SSO user?
