ADF_FACES-60097 Error on Copy Existing Duplicate Batch

When performing the below steps, user is getting error "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR"
Steps for the issue:
1. Go to Navigator > Customer Data Management > Duplicate Identification
2. Create a new Batch - it is working fine
3. Select the batch already created or any other batch created in the past
and click on the duplicate the batch button, to create a copy of the batch,
also when trying to open a previous batch
4. Error: "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's
error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception
during PPR" is showing and user cannot continue to operate at all.
The user has Data Steward Manager and seems having all needed roles, and also the user is resource and has all the resource data populated correctly in the resource profile table.
