How to Get the ItemEFFCategory xsi:type Value When Using ItemServiceV2 (Doc ID 2726516.1)

Goal

When using ItemServiceV2 (mergeItem), to create items, there will be EFF fields within the SOAP request. In SOAP request, there is a field called ItemEFFCategory with xsi:type.

How to get the value to be passed in xsi:type?
