Goal
What roles are required for access to OCE?
When a new user it's added to OCE with "StandardUser" and "EnterpriseUser" role, it cannot access to OCE instance.
The IDCS raises a message "Access policy denies the access".
To avoid this issue, the old admin right called "CECS_PROVISIONING_APPID_ROLE (Role for administering Content and Experience Provisioning AppID) remove" is added at all OCE levels the user can access. But this not makes sense. Also that role can be only added under old myservices console.
How can the new users be added without adding that admin role?
