Since Online VAT Reporting for Spain 0.7 version there is a new code: 07, which means 'Uncertified Client'.
Company will send this code to Tax Authority when customer is uncertified, but it will be certified in a future, so Tax Authority accepts with error the tax information, allowing you to update in a future without any consequence.
So, the expectation is the have this 07 code derived for these uncertified customers.
