Goal

How to change the Phase 2 DH Group for OCI VPN Connect?

In many cases customers have requirements to use a different DH Group in Phase 2 than our documented supported selection (DH Group 5). In these cases, the customer needs to have the Phase 2 DH Group in OCI changed. This option is not exposed via the OCI Console to the customer.

Note: Customers connecting using Azure's native VPN to OCI VPN Connect will need this procedure performed, as Azure does not support DH Group 5 in Phase 2, but supports other options we can accommodate.
