On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
One employee Payroll run for Aug 2020 and "Salary Advance Bank" element entry was created on 31-Aug-2020 (these entry came from ICP). There are no events created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System needs to create the retro event

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate Payroll for August month;
2. "Salary Advance Bank" element entry was created on 31-Aug-2020 post August Payroll;
3. There are no events created. Recalculate Payroll For Retroactive Changes does not include the employee.
