Unable To Add Bill To Address To Account When Going From Quotes (Doc ID 2726844.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to add a new bill to address to an account when going from Quotes and Orders, the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 52, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Quotes and Orders.
2. Search for an account.
3. Go to Edit account page by clicking on the account under the Account column.
4. Go to Profile.
5. Add a new address with type 'Bill to'.
6. Fill the mandatory fields.
7. Click Ok.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a new bill to address to an account.
