Symptoms

Observing Sync ASM Rebalance Wait event in Top 5 wait Event.

SQL> select INST_ID, OPERATION, STATE, POWER, SOFAR, EST_WORK, EST_RATE, EST_MINUTES from GV$ASM_OPERATION;

no rows selected

Even though restarted the server every day still the event is always there.
