Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to open an HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) file,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
This worksheet Sheet1 could not be initialized due to unexpected error. The worksheet cannot be used (ADFDI -05530)

Details

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigator > Data Exchange -> Run Spreadsheet data loader -> Click on the template name -> Open with Excel -> there is error
