Error: "Could Not Connect to Server" When Attempting to Login to P6 Mobile on Android (Doc ID 2727123.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Android app using WEBSSO, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Could not connect to server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Android app
  2. Scan QR code to have it configured
  3. Click authentication button, it prompts for inputting credentials
  4. Input credentials and try to login, notice the error
