Symptoms

While Importing Externally Priced Orders (Freeze Price = 'Y') via FBDI with Multiple Price Adjustments, all the Price Adjustments were not seen as part of the Imported Order

STEPS
-------------

1. Import an Order using the FBDI approach, such that it has multiple adjustments with the same Price Element Codes.
2. Also pass the Freeze Price = 'Y' and Freeze Tax Flag = 'N'.
3. Upon import, check the Discount applied on the Order.
4. Notice that only one adjustment is getting applied.
