 How do we advise the team if the customer states that they recently submitted a PEN test advisory, but now need to change the date or other parameter or we are taking longer than anticipated?
 Can we PEN test just our own resources or Oracle's too (API Endpoints, etc.)?
 For accounts created before Jan 28 2019, customers will not have automatic IDCS federation set up, and therefore cannot access the 'My Services' console. How can I submit a PEN test request, is there a process?
 What are the implications if a customer does not advise or raise such a ticket before pen testing?
