Auto Message For Chat Out Working Hours (Doc ID 2727245.1)

Goal

How can we show an auto message in the Chat Inlay (not using DCS, only chat inlay) when a customer tries to start a chat during out of working hours?

For example, if the customer tried to open the chat after 7 PM, the chat would not allow him to start and it would show the following message:
"Hi, your contact is very important to us. Currently, we're only available on the phone XXXX-XX-XX. Thank you!")
