Oracle Visual Builder Studio missing in OCI menu. (Doc ID 2727257.1)

Goal

In the upper-left corner, click Navigation Menu the Menu icon.
Under More Oracle Cloud Services.
select Platform Services ==> select Visual Builder Studio.

In the Instances tab, click Create Instance.

Here, their no Visual Builder Studio in Navigation Menu. Please see the screenshot for the reference. Please suggest on this.
Also tried checking "Other services"
