When there is a Date Picker, or Calendar, in the Business Process form and the Language is switched between English and Spanish:

Expected Result

The Date in record should be consistent when switching between English and Spanish.

Actual Result

While the Non Working / Working dates in a Calendar are consistent in Standards & Libraries, and the Shell Attribute Detail form's Calendar tab, they are not consistent in a Business Processes (BP's) Date Picker.

The Non Working / Working dates also change in the record when the Language setting in the user's Preferences is changed between English and Spanish.

In Spanish, when the Panamá city times(-5UTC) Time Zone is used; in the morning the Non Working dates returned to the calendar for the Date Picker in the record is not same as what is seen in Standards & Libraries, and the Shell Attribute Details form under the Calendar tab.

The Calendar in Standards & Libraries, and the Shell Attribute Details form show Non Working days being defined as 1, 3, 4 and 7. However, the record shows 1, 2, 3 and 8.

Additionally, in the afternoon the calendar in the record shows different Non Working days, e.g., 2, 3 and 9.
