In BICC after an upgrade, such as 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D..., why does BICC PVO Errors with : Missing Columns ...?

For example:
FscmTopModelAM.FinExtractAM.GlBiccExtractAM.CodeCombinationExtractPVO - Missing columns [CodeCombinationReference1, CodeCombinationReference2, CodeCombinationReference3, CodeCombinationReference4, CodeCombinationReference5]
