Symptoms
On Oracle Blockchain-EE Instance creating Went to Unknown State In Enterprise Mode
1. Created 7 new VMs
2. LDAP is configured only in one VM for CP, earlier user was creating 7 LDAP for all the 7 VM
3. Given separate hostname for all 7 VMs
4. Verified the firewall and connection between the VM
5. Fail to create instance for following reason:
a) DNS IP was not configure correctly for one VM, which was causing the VM connection issue.
b) One of the VM was having some background process, so deleted the VM and recreated.
c) Instance creating went to unknown state, can't able to perform any network operation can see ksoftirqd process is consuming 100% CPU in the VM.
