On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Service Requests

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Open Service Request' infolet is showing a count for SR's the user is not authorized to view. Therefore the infolet may show 2 open sr's but when the user clicks on the count, nothing appears in the Service Request tab because the user does not have access to those SR's

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'Open Service Request' infolet should show the count for SR's the user is authorized to view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Click on the Open Service Request' infolet


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct count of the open SRs in the infolet.
