REST Describe Calls Failing (Doc ID 2728141.1)

Symptoms

Unable to invoke objects using OEC Adapter, found in the logs that there is an error like the following.


ERROR
Unable to parse the resource,
https://<podURL>:443/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/opportunities/describe.
Caused by:
oracle.tip.tools.ide.adapters.cloud.api.metadata.MetadataParserException: A Fusion Applications resource must provide links section. links section is not found for the Resource: Opportunities


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Error is found in the OIC integration tool logs, however the REST call https://<podURL>:443/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/opportunities/describe

was also not giving complete response.
