OMC: Old DB alert Log alert triggered from OMC LA after DB alert file make it available after unavailable (Doc ID 2728176.1)

The DB alert log  files were unavailable  for the Cloud Agent for few days and customer make the file available with Cloud Agent by remouting the File system.
This have triggered "real time" log analytics alerts for all the records from the files and received  several hundreds of email notifications within an hour. The email has time stamp of 1 year old event date entries.
