Symptoms

When attempting to login to the EICS environment, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Login failed error

Steps to Reproduce:

1. User logs into https://<envhostname>-eics-wts.oracleindustry.com/sim-web-client as user1
2. User logs out
3. User Logs back into https://<envhostname>-eics-wts.oracleindustry.com/sim-web-client
4. Login failed: login.fail error is seen
5. The browser cache needs to be cleared before the user can log into EICS successfully.
