ResolutionRequests REST API Pagination Issues- TotalResults Gets Limited To 500 When Offset Is Added (Doc ID 2728432.1)

resolutionRequests REST API pagination issues- totalResults gets limited to 500 when offset is added


Using the resolutionRequests REST endpoint it is verified that the use the offset and limit to paginate the results will be incorrect. The totalResults parameter will always return as 500 and the offset does not work - for example, setting limit = 499 and setiing offset = 10, only 490 results will be received. Setting the offset to 499, only 1 record will be returned. 

Results below - note how the totalResults value is limited to 500 when offset is added.
