Symptoms

Enterprise Duplicate Person Validation setup is configured like this: Last Name and Full First Name and Date of Birth (DOB) and Gender or National ID (NID).

But in the User Interface (UI) or HDL, if only First Name and Last Name are duplicated, the validation is still triggered.
