Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Exporting Primavera XML files with baselines included takes an extremely long time to complete.

Please note that the following is just an example, elapsed timings can vary depending in the size and complexity of the project and its baselines.

- Exporting a project without baselines included takes 1-2 minutes to complete.
- Exporting the same project with 1 baseline included takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
- Exporting the same project with 5 or more baselines included takes hours to complete

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The performance of the Primavera XML export to not have such a large difference when baselines are included.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export a Primavera XML in P6 EPPM.
2. Include at least one baseline.
