Why data from JE_NET_AGREEMENTS_INT is being purged

While checking for the records stuck in interface table, customer observed that the earlier data no longer exists in the Netting Interface Table ( JE_NET_AGREEMENTS_INT).
No Purge program was executed for Purging the interface Table Data.
