FA: SCM: Pricing: Not Able To Update The Charges Having Duplicate Line Numbers In Price List (Doc ID 2728879.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update the end date for Charges having duplicate line numbers, the following error occurs:

The operation failed because another user or session is currently referencing the Line Number attribute for the charge. (QP-2715712)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to pricing Administration > Click on Task Panel > Manage Price Lists
2. Select price list having duplicate charge line numbers
3. Query item > Select the lines(having duplicate charge line numbers) > Update end date for the charges >Click on Save
4. Error will be received.

This issue will occur only for the charges created prior to 20B release.

After 20B Upgrade.
