Error: "Alert The request is blocked by CSS filter" When Attempting To Save Changes To Business Process

Symptoms
When attempting to view or edit a Business Process design in uDesigner, the following errors may be displayed.
The following error was displayed when initially trying to open the Business Process in uDesigner and clicking on "General":
"Unifier Notification The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
The following error was displayed when making a change to the same Business Process and then saving it:
"Alert The request is blocked by CSS filter. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment as an Administrator.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin mode > uDesigner > Business Processes (BP) > Select the BP to be edited > Open > General > The System Error noted above is displayed.
- Close the Error window and try to go to Open > General again, this time the Edit Studio > General Tab window opens.
- Click "Statuses" tab > Click "Add..." > Select any status such as "Open" > Click "OK" > Then click "OK" to save the change. The other error message noted above is displayed.
