Translations on Commerce Attributes do not show in JET UI (Doc ID 2729222.1)

Symptoms

Commerce translations made at the attribute do not show in JET UI. In order for a translation to appear in JET commerce, the translation needs to be added to the translations page located inside the layout editor. It is expected that if there is no translation in the layout editor translation page, CPQ should pull the translation from the attribute itself.
