Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Job Alerts Not Sent Based on Scheduled Process Frequency

Symptoms
Problem Description:
The following scheduled processes are set to run every 30 minutes as recommended under the Scheduled Processes section of the Implementing Recruiting guide:
- Prepare Campaign Email
- Send Campaign Email
- Track Campaign Email
The above processes trigger job alerts to external and internal candidates.
Under the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information task, the send frequency for job alerts is set to 1 day. It is found that this sends job alerts once a day at 12:20am, which goes against the frequency of the ESS jobs.
