Goal

Enable delete option for draft POs only for users with specific role (Procurement Manager)

Created a publishable sandbox and using the page composer option and added a expression language to enable the Enable delete option for draft PO's (Incomplete) only for users with Procurement manager role. Added the EL and published the sandbox successfully. After publishing the sandbox, the delete option is disabled for all the users including the users with Procurement manager role.
