Third Party Stock Count Import Job Fails With 'Transaction timed out after 3602 seconds' Error (Doc ID 2729453.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run the ThirdPartyStockCountImport job, the job failed with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Product Group Schedules for third party stock count for store A
2. Upload the stock count file with approx 13,000 items
3. Run Third Party Stock Count Import Job
