Symptoms
When attempting to run the ThirdPartyStockCountImport job, the job failed with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Product Group Schedules for third party stock count for store A
2. Upload the stock count file with approx 13,000 items
3. Run Third Party Stock Count Import Job
