FA:SCM:INV: Unable to Delete Stuck Miscellaneous Transactions From Pending Transaction UI. (Doc ID 2729595.1)

Symptoms

Miscellaneous transactions were imported by using FBDI template and it stuck with error in pending transactions UI. When tried to delete it from UI, it popup error.

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot delete at least one of the selected rows because it was updated by another process. (INV-2415774)

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Download Inventory Transaction Import 'InventoryTransactionImportTemplate.xlsm' FBDI template.
2. Fill the template with required data.
3. Generate CSV File and zip it
4. Submit the Load Interface File for Import process with zip file.
5. Run manage inventory transactions ESS job
