Symptoms

Issue Statement

OOTB Template emails like Password reset emails are not received from the Storefront Environment After migrating to OCI Platform.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Access the Storefront Application
    2. Click on the Forgot Password link
    3. Enter the Email Id and click on send request
