While attempting load bulk Standard Costs using ADFDI
Gateway timeout issue while uploading costs using ADFDI in bulk
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Cost Accounting Module
2. Tasks > Manage Standard Costs
3. Manage in Spreadsheet
4. Add the data and Create Standard Cost Sheet and upload
