Error: "Error Key Not Found: dialogs.unknownError" When Adding New User Through Primavera Administration (Doc ID 2729843.1)

When the Cloud Administrator attempts to create a new user from the Primavera Administration application the following error is displayed. This was occurring in a GBUCS Cloud Environment (https://<name>

"Error Key Not Found: dialogs.unknownError"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. The Cloud Administrator logs into Primavera Administration application.
  2. Enter all user information into "Add a new user..." line in "User Administration" window.
  3. Click "Save"
  4. The Error referenced above is displayed.
