Action Reasons LOV Not Showing All Values

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to see some values in the action reason LOV.
They are unable to scroll past a certain action reason - for example:
Action Name = Change Salary
In the Action Reason LOV, they could not go past "N"
Trying to Scroll down to see action reason = Transfer to new Division
Should show all values
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Change Salary
2. Action = Change Salary
3. Action Reason list of values only shows until "N", after that not possible to scroll down
