Symptoms

Shipment search screen is not allowing to search using ditstro number which is received:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to shipment screen in RMS.
2. Take any distro number which is fully received.
3. Use distro number in distro search bar.
4. Notice the 'Invalid Value' error.
