Symptoms


An error occurs when trying to view the report within the OTM Report Manager. This error occurs in multiple document formats (PDF, HTML, etc.). However, if you go to BI Publisher, it will work. As a result, the report will then work within OTM
Report Manager. However, after 15 minutes or so (assuming this is after caching occurs), the Report no longer works.
