Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, HCM Security (Security Profiles, Users, Roles)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see the NID Details of Contacts with Custom HR Role.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom HR Role should be able to see NID Details of Contacts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups
2. Employment
3. Family and Emergency Contacts
4. Search for the employee
5. Click on the Contact name
6. Scroll down the page till the last
7. Open the NID section -> There is nothing here so far.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see contacts national identifier.
